GenusPlus Group is seeking a hands-on
Fleet Coordinator
with a strong
blue-collar trade background
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who knows plant, trucks, and machinery inside-out and understands what it takes to keep a fleet compliant, safe, and operating efficiently.
This position requires someone who has worked on the tools and can bring practical experience into a coordination role.
What We're Looking For
You must have
either
:
A Trade Background In Road Transport, Such As
* Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
* Truck Mechanic
* Crane Mechanic
* Diesel Fitter with transport experience
OR
A Strong Technical Understanding Of Classified Plant, Including
* 90-day inspections
* Annual & major inspections
* Rope certifications
* NDT methods
* Accumulator certification
* Hydraulic & truck systems
* Fault-finding and maintenance planning
The Role
As Our Fleet Coordinator, You Will
* Oversee the maintenance, compliance, and scheduling of road transport assets and classified plant
* Coordinate inspections, certifications, and repairs
* Liaise daily with mechanics, operators, and suppliers
* Support efficient workshop operations
* Help maintain a safe and well-managed fleet across all projects
About You
* Trade qualified (highly desirable)
* Strong hands-on technical knowledge
* Excellent understanding of transport or heavy plant compliance
* Able to communicate effectively with blue-collar teams
* Organised, practical, and proactive
