Your new role: As a Senior Mental Health Clinician within Evolve Therapeutic Services, you will provide advanced, discipline-specific mental health assessment and intervention for children and young people experiencing severe and complex mental health needs. You will operate with a high degree of clinical independence while contributing to service development, quality improvement and the supervision of less experienced clinicians. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering specialist child and youth mental health assessments, interventions and evaluations * Acting as a senior clinical resource within a multidisciplinary team * Applying advanced clinical judgement to complex care planning and decision-making * Providing formal and informal supervision to HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants * Contributing to service development, quality improvement and research initiatives About you: You are an experienced allied health professional with strong clinical capability in child and youth mental health and a passion for working with complex presentations. You're confident providing leadership, supervision and high-level clinical input while remaining collaborative, reflective and values-driven. You will bring: * Eligibility for professional registration or membership as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Speech Pathologist * Demonstrated experience delivering specialist child and youth mental health services * Strong clinical judgement and the ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision * Experience providing supervision, education or mentoring to clinicians and students * A commitment to evidence-based practice, service improvement and consumer-centred care Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
