About the Role
p.As a store manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the Family Store, including retail management, recycling coordination warehouse oversight administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include managing inventory presentation cash handling banking TSA compliance prioritizing workplace health safety recruiting training supporting staff volunteers maintaining accurate records overseeing donation lifecycle collection display sale coordinating logistics scheduling pickups deliveries monitoring stock flow contributing to team dynamic operating efficiently effectively.
