**What You Will Do**
At Woolworths, the Safety of our customers and team is critical. Our Risk and Safety team is responsible for working with operational leaders to provide and maintain a safe working and shopping environment for our team members, customers, visitors, and contractors. The role supports WooliesX eCom Operations Transportation and New Store build and design.
Reporting to the WooliesX Risk and Safety Manager you will support WooliesX eCom operations working with varying levels of stakeholders to develop, refine and implement existing and new safety processes. Partnering with our Operational teams ensuring process compliance and delivering safety outcomes. Your demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation will support your stakeholder relationships.
**A Typical Day May Include**
- Fostering an environment where Risk & Safety is considered in all eCom ops processes & initiatives
- Support eCom operational leaders to integrate practical and effective safety initiatives to promote safe workplace behaviour.
- Provide advice and guidance to minimise risk & achieve compliance for new sites & initiatives
- New CFC sites
- New eStore sites
- Standards New Online departments
- Chain of Responsibility principles and transport Management System
- Assurance programs
- Provide safety support for the Customer Hub
- Investigate severity 1 and 2 incidents in line with the National Framework
