About The Role
An award winning, well-known and established builder for building volume quality, custom homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team in their NW Sydney display village in Box Hill.
Responsibilities
* Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
* Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex project
* Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
* Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
About You
* Whilst you must be available to work Saturday & Sunday, the ideal candidate will be a driven, sales hunter comfortable making house call appointments with clients and managing relationships across the sales process. You will love working out how you can bring your client's project to life, with no project too difficult.
* A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
* Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
* Sound knowledge of KDR & duplex
* Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
* Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
* Ability to build great relationships
* Valuable knowledge of IT systems and processes
* Ability to work weekends
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a base salary around $65k+ super and competitive commission structure (fixed & %), OTE $250++++
