Position Overview
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) manages and supports key partners, including Vision Australia, Guide Dogs, and See Differently, while also driving direct sales within Victoria, WA, SA & TAS. We're seeking a motivated, results-oriented sales professional to contribute to HumanWare Australia's overall sales performance.
Requirements for Success
* Develop and implement strategic growth plans for key accounts
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up to resolve issues, escalating when necessary
* Collaborate with Blindness Product Specialists to increase Braille product sales through workshops and initiatives
* Log all key account interactions in the CRM system
* Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
* Provide timely quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
* Partner with customer service and operations to resolve challenges and ensure excellent customer experience
* Monitor competitor activity within territories
* Manage and maintain demonstration equipment in the territory
* Build deep product knowledge of HumanWare and competitors
* Represent the company at conferences and meetings
* Perform additional tasks as directed
Skills & Experience
* Experience in eyecare, educational technology, or related medical fields
* Strong client focus and service orientation
* Skilled negotiator with deal-closing ability
* Track record in pursuing new business opportunities
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Organized, with problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Strategic thinker with prospect engagement skills
* Willing to travel up to 70%, including overnight stays
