This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do
* Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling.
* Author Gold‐Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step‐by‐step responses incorporating financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive‐level rationale that serve as benchmark answers for AI training.
* Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI‐generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards.
* Refine AI Reasoning — Identify flaws in AI thinking—such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misreading macroeconomic signals—and deliver structured, actionable feedback.
* Work Independently — Complete task‐based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule.
Who You Are
* Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution.
* Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
* Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive‐style analysis and recommendations.
* Naturally precise—you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic before they slip through.
* Self‐motivated and consistent when working independently.
* No prior AI or tech experience required.
Nice to Have
* Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
* Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or review systems.
* Proficiency in data‐driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL.
* Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user.
