The Role
You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and service execution to team leadership, food safety, and cost control. Working closely with Front of House, Events, and the Kitchen Gardener, you will ensure a seamless guest experience, consistent food quality, and a well‐supported, confident brigade.
Skills & Attributes
* Proven leadership experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a calm and confident service presence
* Strong expertise across à la carte dining, wood‐fired cooking, and event execution
* Solid knowledge of food safety, cost control, portioning, and stock management
* Genuine passion for seasonal, local, and estate‐grown produce
