We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. They will be responsible for leading ANZ domestic marketing strategies and initiatives across the full portfolio of brands, including Life-Space, Pentavite, Elmore Oil and Corams.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role plays an instrumental part in shaping brand positioning, driving market share growth and delivering best-in-class marketing execution. It oversees end-to-end marketing activity, from consumer insight analysis, marketing campaign development and execution, NPD and EPD project delivery and trade marketing.
The Senior Marketing Manager will champion consumer and industry behavioural change through education on preventative health and the microbiome, inspire and lead a high-performing Brand Marketing team.
This is an on-site role based at our Head Office in Clayton, with the ability to work 1 day from home.
Key outcomes of the role include:
* Drive annual brand planning and lead marketing inputs for LSG's annual company planning and budgeting processes.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market trends and consumer insights for brand innovation and competitiveness.
* Manage brand positioning, messaging, creative direction and visual identity consistency across all marketing materials.
* Own product architecture for core brands, delivering compelling propositions and leading long-term NPD and portfolio management.
* Lead marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, social media, and in-store channels, ensuring timely execution and performance metrics achievement.
* Plan and implement trade marketing strategies to enhance in-store shopper conversion in domestic channels like Pharmacy and Grocery.
* Collaborate with Sales, Innovation, Technical & Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
* Mentor and guide a team of brand marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, monitor expenditures and ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Build and maintain relationships with external partners, creative and media agencies.
As the successful candidate, you will require:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field
* 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing, Brand Marketing or in a similar role with strong people experience.
* Experience in FMCG, consumer goods or healthcare industry highly regarded
* Strong commercial acumen, managing brand budgets and P&Ls
* Team player attributes and ability to work cross-functionally
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain positive relationships
