About the Opportunity
This role involves providing Level 1 technical assistance to staff across the organization, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and contributing to the maintenance of ICT systems and asset registers.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need a passion for technology and a desire to grow your skills in IT support. Ideally, you hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology (or are currently studying) and possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
