Your Role
As the Transport Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of Hamilton Island's Transport team — including airport transfers, guest shuttle services, and private transport. You'll provide hands-on leadership to drivers, maintain service standards, and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient movement of guests across the island.
Where you'll make an impact
* Supervise and coordinate daily driver schedules, rosters, and vehicle allocations.
* Ensure all transport services operate safely, punctually, and to the highest standard of presentation.
* Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
* Support onboarding of new drivers and foster a positive, guest-first team culture.
* Liaise with airport, hotel, and events teams to coordinate large group movements and logistics.
* Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.
* Monitor and report on service quality, safety compliance, and guest feedback.
What we're looking for
* Previous supervisory experience in transport, logistics, or hospitality operations.
* Minimum QLD MR licence and a clean driving record.
* QLD Industry Authority – or eligibility to obtain one.
* Proven leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Strong customer service focus with the ability to lead by example.
* Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
* Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
