Fully Work From Home + Case Management
We are currently looking for a Junior Rehabilitation Consultant to join a supportive and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in moving into occupational rehabilitation, even if you don't yet have direct industry experience.
You will receive hands‐on training and mentorship directly from the Director and a Senior Consultant, ensuring you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the role.
The role is fully WFH, with time spent on the road completing assessments and meeting clients across the community.
Due to the nature of the current client caseload, fluency in either Chinese or Korean is essential to effectively support clients throughout their rehabilitation and RTW journey.
The Role
As a Junior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will support individuals recovering from injury or illness to safely return to work and daily activities. With strong guidance and structured training, your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting workplace and functional assessments
* Assisting with return‐to‐work planning and goal setting
* Liaising with employers, insurers, and other treating professionals
* Supporting injured workers throughout their rehabilitation journey
* Preparing clear and concise reports
What We're Looking For:
* Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Registration with AHPRA (for OTs and Physios) or ASORC/RCAA eligibility for Rehabilitation Counsellors
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Interest in occupational rehabilitation and helping people return to work
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for assessments
What's On Offer:
* Fluency in either Chinese or Korean (essential)
* Fully remote working model with flexibility
* Direct mentorship from the Director and Senior Consultant
* Structured training and development into the occupational rehab space
* Supportive and collaborative team environment
This role would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, building relationships, and making a real impact on people's recovery and return to work.
