The BDM will spearhead the establishment and growth of our business focused on our Mobility business, including but not exclusive to healthcare.
As the Mobility Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities nationally with a particular focus on healthcare. You will be required to establish relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and vendor teams, and work with them to identify and execute critical opportunities.
- You will manage and develop a business plan to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- You will identify key channel partners focusing on onboarding and developing a strong relationship and pipeline focused on establishing Wavelink as their preferred partner, focused on 2 main areas:
1. Acquire: You will identify, develop, and onboard new channel partners focused on your products and solutions. You will also focus on bringing current partners working with the Vendor to work with Wavelink.
2. Grow: You will work with existing Wavelink partners to expand their offering to include the products and solutions you are responsible for. This will include current Mobility partners but also partners new to mobility.
3. Protect: You will work with existing partners and customers to ensure that they continue to work with us as their preferred distribution partner.
- You will create opportunities by working closely with our marketing department on campaigns and events, calling on and meeting with prospective customers, and identifying customers for solutions trials.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the sales account plan and strategy for the Mobility team focused on our healthcare solutions.
- Develop channel plan in conjunction with vendor and internal sales teams, focused on growing our business by leveraging existing channel partner relationships, and onboarding new partners to grow the business sales coverage and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with identified channel partners to promote Wavelink's Mobility solutions.
- Collaborate with Technical and Marketing team members on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Vendor Channel team on channel and sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate the Mobility portfolio.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting with our CRM.
- Collaborate with Reseller partners on RFP responses, end customer opportunities, and other strategic initiatives.
- 5+ years' experience in selling Mobility solutions.
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Channel partner network.
- Experience in channel development and partner acquisition.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand partners' requirements.
- Superior negotiation and multi-tasking skills, ability to lead, review, and execute multiple strategic projects with sharp attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with strong motivation to take ownership of this segment of the mobility business.
- High level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communicator & team player with a "can-do" attitude.
- Relationships and experience in healthcare and/or mobility focused partners strongly desired.
