THE ROLE
* Assist in food preparation and sandwich-making
* Serving breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals
* Following all Food and Safety procedures
* Demonstrate adaptability by taking on various tasks and responsibilities as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas and with equipment
* Maintain stores and monitor stock where needed
THE PERSON
* Experience in the healthcare or aged care sector highly favoured, although not essential
* Hold a current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
* Vaccinated against COVID-19 (or willing to be)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to monitor and improve service quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
