As a Client Services Executive, you'll help grow our TenderLink subscription base through new sales. Reporting to the Australasian Sales & Services Manager, you'll identify prospects, engage with them by phone and email, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long‐term relationships.
Work that matters - What you'll do
* Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach (e.g., IT, Telecommunications and Construction).
* Make outbound calls daily, send proposals, and follow up with prospects.
* Ensure customers are onboarded and set up for success.
* Respond to inbound queries promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Record all communications for future reference.
* Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and products.

Experience and Skills
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organisations.
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
* Commercial judgement and problem‐solving ability.
* A collaborative, respectful approach and commitment to ethical business practices.
