About the Role
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities for customers' systems
* Implement changes, enhancements and small projects
* Provide technical advice and leadership
* Manage internal ticketing and support systems
* Provide regular and clear communication to stakeholders
About You
* PeopleSoft HR design and support experience
* Requirements analysis and translation into solution design
* Solution configuration
* Oracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools (version 8.51 or above) and HCM (version 9.2 or above) software
* Experience with Agile development methodologies
