ERP Implementation Coordinator/IT Infra Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Coordinator/IT Infra to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring smooth integration with IT infrastructures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience with ERP systems, and strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructures.
Responsibilities include process mapping, capturing notes and actions from each implementation step, managing action plans with the NetSuite team, and resolving any issues that may arise.
The candidate will also be responsible for managing cutover plans for go live, tasks/key dates/stock build with retailers, and communications with external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* NetSuite Change Management: Helping teams understand the impact of ERP migration, carrying out gap analysis between existing processes and future processes defined in NetSuite, and defining the impact on associated tasks.
* Implementation of PMO principles: Designing and implementing PMO standards and methods to ensure the project is managed in a professional and structured manner, ongoing communication on the progress of the project, identifying training needs, and managing risks involved in the project.
* NetSuite ongoing project coordination tasks: Coordinating master data preparation and cleanup from old system to new, reviewing Business Requirements Document with onsite team, and communicating comments to HQ, organizing regular WMS specific meetings and workshops onsite, IT tasks: supplier project meetings for all interfaces, IT purchases: scoping and buying hardware for WMS setup, and IT manages specific roles and rules with HQ/PepsiCo.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in NetSuite implementation is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong administration skills and ability to follow strict onsite processes, instructions, and procedures.
* Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills.
* Knowledge of the distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices.
* Change management and user adoption experience, including training and e-learning design.
* Proficiency in system administration and desktop application support within a Windows environment.
* Relevant Information Technology qualifications or experience.
