We are scaling rapidly and are seeking a driven, mission-aligned EdTech Salesperson to lead adoption of RASCube across the education sector.
Reporting to the CEO, you will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, with high schools, colleges, and universities across Australia (and globally as we expand). You will work directly with principals, STEM coordinators, department heads, and university program leads to introduce RASCube-powered curriculum, software and products.
This is a high-impact role that directly drives growth and educational reach. You will be the face of RAS for educators.
Your main responsibilities may include:
Identify, qualify, and convert new school and university prospects
Manage a pipeline of leads through a structured CRM process (HubSpot preferred)
Run tailored demos of the RASCube kit and curriculum integration
Present at conferences, school leadership meetings, and STEM educator events
Prepare quotes, proposals, and school purchasing documentation
Understand each school's STEM goals, budgets, and curriculum needs
Maintain long-term relationships for repeat sales and multi-school partnerships
Build strategic multi-school deals across Catholic/Independent/Public networks
Engage universities for engineering labs, teacher training research, and student projects
Gather product feedback from teachers to help shape future RAS launches
Support the implementation of systems and processes as we expand our sales workforce
Essential Skills and Experience:
years' experience in EdTech or similar sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfort with outbound sales outreach and pipeline ownership
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience working with educators and decision makers
Confidence using CRM systems
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with Australian school procurement and funding cycles
Experience selling STEM, robotics, coding, or laboratory equipment
Interest or background in engineering, space, physics, or digital technologies
Existing networks within SA/NSW/VIC school systems
Understanding of ACARA and university engineering requirements
