Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality and innovative civil designs and documentation for residential and commercial land divisions.
* Lead and manage projects from concept design to construction within delivery time frames.
* Liaise with service authorities, contractors, developers, and other relevant stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
* Mentor and develop team members, grow the civil team and expand the portfolio of clients.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
* 5–10 years of civil experience with land‑division design.
* Experience in the design of SA Water services (advantageous).
* Experience in designing stormwater and drainage layout for land divisions.
* Proficiency with engineering design software tools such as AutoCAD, 12D, and Drains.
