The Opportunity
CSR have an exciting opportunity for an experienced GTC Area Manager to lead our South Australia & Northern Territory Stores and Branches, based out of Mawson Lakes.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee several sites, drive revenue growth, strengthen operational performance, and empower your teams to excel. You'll play a key role in shaping sales strategy, ensuring compliance standards are met, and leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the regional Sales Strategy to drive revenue and commercial outcomes.
Manage budgets, operating costs, and Store/Branch performance.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with Store Trade Standards, ACCC requirements, and all legislation.
Build strong internal partnerships to advocate for product and solution needs.
Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimise customer and sales performance.
Champion customer experience and resolve escalations swiftly.
Drive sales reporting, CRM usage, and CSR selling processes.
Lead continuous improvement to lift productivity, efficiency, and quality.
About You
Proven experience managing multi‑site Stores or Branches.
Strong leadership capability with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
Customer‑centric approach and strong commercial acumen.
Skilled in data analytics, CRM platforms, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
