Backed by institutional capital and domestically owned, the fund is already deploying capital across multiple live transactions with close to $800 million committed and a pipeline approaching $2 billion. The hard work of getting a new fund off the ground has been done. What they are building now is the team that will scale it.
The investment strategy is focused on residential Build to Sell, greenfield pub and hospitality assets, and select office plays. The fund is pursuing pure equity transactions across a targeted set of sectors where the principals have deep conviction and an established deal pipeline. Candidates will have exposure to the full investment process from underwriting and due diligence through to execution and asset management from day one. Deal flow is principal led, meaning the investment team is focused purely on assessment, execution and portfolio management rather than origination.
