**About the role**
Reporting to the Chair of the Board and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, effective governance, and the smooth operations of Standards Australia's Board. This role is Part-Time - 3 Days a Week. An opportunity for full-time employment could be considered, dependent on your skills and experience.

- Formal qualifications in a business-related field and/or corporate governance qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Company Secretary or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practice governance and statutory requirements, including working knowledge of the ACNC Act
