About the Roles
* Immediate start available with ongoing work opportunities

o Blasting & Painting
o Trade Assistant support roles

* Full-time and part-time opportunities available depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out painting and blasting duties to a high standard
* Work collaboratively across teams and maintain effective communication
* Follow workplace safety procedures and contribute to a safe and productive environment
* Meet the physical demands of working in NT conditions, including hot and humid weather
* Perform general housekeeping and maintenance of work areas, tools, equipment, and facilities
* Availability to work extended hours and weekends when required
About You
To be successful in these roles, you will have:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Painter/Blaster role
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* Tickets - Construction White Card, Working at heights, EWP, Confined space entry and Gas testing, Forklift, First Aid, Fire safety, etc.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and safety
* Desire to build a long-term career within the industry
