The Successful Applicant A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
1 year previous experience in a HR role (within the retail industry is advantageous).
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in HR systems (Workday is essential) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
