What's the role?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Producer to manage and deliver video projects across industries including development, construction, medical, aged care, and more.
This role is focused on project management excellence — juggling multiple productions at once, adhering to established internal processes, and delivering a seamless client experience from pre-production through to final delivery, while building and working to a budget.
You'll know how to wrangle a crew, build a realistic budget, coordinate timelines, and support both internal teams and external talent. You’ll be the calm, professional presence our clients rely on — with a passion for structured growth and continuous improvement within the business.
Responsibilities
* Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules, budgets, and resource planning through all production phases.
* Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
* Production Coordination: Organize logistics, locations, freelance talent, and crew, ensuring productions run smoothly and efficiently.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with directors, editors, and internal teams to ensure creative treatments are executed effectively within the brand's tone and style.
* Budget Tracking: Build and manage budgets, track production costs, and ensure projects stay within scope.
* Process Adherence: Follow and contribute to internal project management processes using PM tools and systems.
* Pre-Production & Post-Production Support: Create timelines, run sheets, storyboards, and editing briefs; oversee post-production to ensure on-brand final outputs.
* Problem Solving: Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach when challenges arise on set or during project delivery.
* Growth Focus: Engage with process improvements and seek opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
Who are you?
* You have 3+ years experience in a video production/project management role, preferably in a corporate setting.
* You can manage 10+ video projects at different stages without breaking a sweat.
* You love a good spreadsheet, run sheet, and well-built production timeline.
* You understand that small jobs need big thinking — every project deserves the same attention to detail.
* You're confident coordinating a small crew on-site and working directly with clients in a professional and positive way.
* You have experience coordinating corporate video productions (B2B, brand content, case studies, etc.).
* You're looking to grow their skills and responsibilities within the company over time.
* You bring strong project management skills, budget awareness, and client-facing experience to the table.

Who are we?
At Visual Domain, we're a full-service video production agency built for brands that demand more. From brand storytelling to social content, testimonials, training videos, animation, and beyond — we deliver high-quality, scalable video solutions that connect, convert, and perform.
We weren't always a storytelling titan. Like many, we started out small, uploading videos to YouTube.
Kicking off in 2009, we saw how powerful video could be for marketing and communications. We had a passion for crafting quick turnaround videos – shot on actual tapes – and a taste for innovation.
Fast-forward a few years to when we grew out of our Richmond office and into a second studio, based in Sydney. Fuelled by a growing demand, it was clear clients were ready for the future of video; craft and storytelling.
