Logistics Coordinator
We have an opportunity available to join our Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator, for our QNGR operation. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be joining a close-knit team who are responsible for supporting warehousing operations for our NGR train fleet. Based in Wulkuraka, QLD and be available to work a rotating shift roster of days and nights.
We'll look to you for
* Operating forklifts to move and store materials.
* Picking and packing stock for maintenance and operations teams.
* Conducting regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
* Receiving goods and performing putaway tasks.
* Issuing parts and materials to relevant departments.
* Managing tools and assets, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
* Using our warehouse management systems and other computer-based tools.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
All about you
* The ability to thrive within a face-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Willingness and ability to work different shifts across a 24 hour operation, if required.
* IT savvy with experience using SAP or similar ERP.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally managing parts/components.
* A sound understanding of supply chain, warehousing and materials management.
* A valid forklift licence and experience using a high reach forklift.
