About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). It is one of the nation's most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
Lead and manage clinical services teams in Physiotherapy with a leadership role for the Physiotherapy Department at RPAH, including the supervision of staff, management of professional standards and development of safety and quality. The Deputy Head of Department also works with the Professional Discipline Director of Physiotherapy/Head of Department RPAH and other Heads of Departments/Deputy Heads of Department to enhance Physiotherapy services, standards, and quality across the allied health stream in Sydney Local Health District.

Ideal Candidate
* Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
* Advanced clinical skills and clinical experience in the provision of Physiotherapy services across a broad range of clinical areas.
* Ability and experience in the leadership, supervision, and management of Physiotherapy. This includes demonstrated ability to identify and lead change across the service to improve service delivery models and meet identified KPIs.
* Extensive experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships with key stakeholders and patients/clients through the application of well-developed written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
