Job Title: Store Maintenance Associate
The primary function of the Store Maintenance Associate is to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment. This role requires effective communication with colleagues and management, as well as working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all store areas are clean, tidy and well-maintained, including but not limited to floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
2. Store Operations: Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, and provide support and assistance as needed.
4. Incident Reporting: Communicate any incidents, damages or operational problems to the Store Manager in a timely manner.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
