Drive Revenue Growth
As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across race day hospitality products and major event sales at Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens, and other venues.
Key to your success will be your ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, and stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings.
You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Australian sporting landscape.
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
* Stay across market trends and competitor offerings
* Present and position ATC's race day hospitality products to prospective clients
* Lead commercial negotiations and provide regular updates to senior managers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development activity
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and consistently deliver against sales targets through outbound prospecting activities, strategic planning, relationship-building, and commercial acumen.

* Significant experience in outbound sales and new business generation
* An established network of clients and contacts
* A track record of identifying, pitching, and converting high-value opportunities
* Strong commercial thinking and analysis skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
