We are currently seeking a Weekend Part-Time Helpdesk Operator to join our fast-paced Facilities Support Centre. This is a remote-based position following initial on-site training.

About the role
In this customer-focused position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring their requests are actioned efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and validating client requests
- Actioning service responses to resolve issues
- Accurate data capture and entry
- Communicating effectively with clients and contractors
- Meeting internal and external service standards
- Tracking and closing jobs within agreed KPIs
- Participating in ongoing system and staff development
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quick to learn and able to work independently after training
- Experienced in a similar Helpdesk or customer service role
- Confident using Microsoft Office programs
- A team player who thrives in a remote work environment
- Familiar with facilities or trades services (highly regarded)
