Facilities Coordinator – Moorabbin Airport

We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team based at Moorabbin Airport. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly – building maintenance, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity to commence in an entry‐level role, with structured support and development pathways to build a long‐term career in Facilities Management.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate building maintenance and respond to tenant requests quickly.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to keep services on track.
  • Maintain accurate building records and documentation.
  • Conduct inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Support budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders through clear communication.
