About the Company

About the Role
Accounts Officer position within a supportive finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. The role is focused on transactional processing, reconciliations and supporting the day-to-day finance function.
Duties
• Process daily bank statements and receipts
• Enter and code creditor invoices
• Prepare and process payments
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Run weekly creditor payment cycles
• Reconcile creditors and credit cards
• Allocate intercompany and mortgage interest
• Post month-end journals
• Record rent receipts and follow up discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails
Skills & Experience
• Previous accounts officer or AP/AR experience
• NetSuite or similar ERP experience
• Strong reconciliation skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines
