The Maintenance Planner plays a vital part in maintaining inventory, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations at the site.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with contractors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with external service providers
* Tracking and managing inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment
* Assisting with the development of budgets and managing expenses
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards and company policies
* Communicating effectively with maintenance staff, management and other stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment information and expenses
* Assisting with troubleshooting maintenance issues and identifying solutions
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar maintenance planning position. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
