You will guide, support,and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strongrelationships with employers and support organisations.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Utilising a person-centred approach to tailorservices and support participants into meaningful employment
* Developing positive partnerships with localemployers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
* Enhancing employability through referral tosupport services and training
* Providing in-employment support to sustainemployment
* Marketing your participants’ skills toprospective employers
* Achieving program performance and qualitybenchmarks
* Keeping detailed, accurate records and adheringto all compliance requirements
* Actively participating in the local communityto promote services
