About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Inlogik Pty Ltd as the Head of Risk and Legal. Based in Hawthorn, Victoria, this full-time role (4 days a week/flexible hours considered) will see you lead the company's risk and legal functions, playing a key part in ensuring Inlogik's continued success and growth.

What you'll be doing
* Developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks and compliance programs to identify, assess and mitigate risks across the organisation.
* Providing strategic, high-quality and commercially-focused legal advice to support the achievement of Inlogik's business objectives.
* Overseeing the negotiation, drafting and review of a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
* Driving a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the business.
* Representing Inlogik in dealings with regulators, industry bodies and other key external stakeholders.
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of risk and legal professionals.
What we're looking for
* Substantial (8+ years) post-admission experience in a risk and/or legal role, ideally within the banking and financial services sector.
* Strong background in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
* Demonstrated expertise in providing high-quality, pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
* Proven people leadership experience, with a collaborative management style and a commitment to team development.
* Tertiary qualifications in law, with admission to practice in Victoria.
