**How will I help?**
The Ad Operations Specialist will manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless technical setup, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams for successful campaign execution.
You are responsible in leading tagging of projects from start to finish, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This involves identifying requirements, setting up and implementing tagging, and ensuring quality control and facilitate tagging management to connect media performance with digital sales, including onboarding new media partners while ensuring compliance with best practices.
You will assist internal partners in measuring and optimizing personalized experiences that make a lasting impact on customers and potential customers.

**What do I need?**
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools such as Adobe Launch and DV360, CM360, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Adform, Trade Desk, etc.
- Experience with ad trafficking, campaign setup, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Exposure programming languages server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, etc
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
