Reporting to the Lead Projects, you will draw on your proficient leadership and technical capabilities to plan, manage, and execute assigned projects and engineering work requests at site. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Lead the planning, safe execution, and commissioning of approved Modifications and Small Projects ( You are a resilient, autonomous professional with a strong ability to influence stakeholders. Your technical competency in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering is matched by your drive for results in a mining environment. Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil background highly advantageous).
* Strong experience in project development and front-end loading.
* Mandatory Certifications: S11 Induction & Medical, QLD Coal Supervisor course (S1, S2, S3), and RIIRIS402D (G2).
* Proven ability to manage workgroups and contractors safely and effectively.
