We’re a friendly, independent Optometry Practice in Balwyn North, and we’re on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Optical Dispenser to join our close-knit team.

About the Role:
You'll play a key part in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting our optometrists. Your role will include:
* Patient pre-screening
* Contact lens fitting & I&R training
* Paediatric dispensing & frame styling
* Reception & admin duties
* Learning about clinical cases like keratoconus, corneal grafts & more
About You:
* Qualified Optical Dispenser or experienced in dispensing
* People-first attitude – friendly, compassionate and a great communicator
* Quick on your feet, detail-oriented and happy to help out wherever needed
* Enjoys learning and being part of a supportive, high-performing team
