We believe that each interaction, whether a conversation, a line of code, or a design, is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.Reporting to Senior Software Consultant, you will facilitate the implementation of a CRM solution for our Australian and New Zealand customers, from initial scoping to final installation. Your responsibilities include:Delivering comprehensive software implementation plans, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.Building trust and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Developing migration scripts for data transfer between CRM platforms and Xplor Gym or Clubware.Managing application delivery and conducting product demonstrations during implementation.Conducting discovery meetings to gather information, perform gap analysis, and identify areas for improvement.Configuring Xplor Gym/Clubware to align with customer processes based on discovery outcomes.Holding regular meetings to update customers on project progress.Training users via web-based sessions and reviewing training materials for effectiveness.Providing feedback for product improvements based on customer interactions.Location: You can work remotely from anywhere in Australia, with a preference for Melbourne where our office and team are based, provided you have full working rights.QualificationsIdeal candidates will be curious, empathetic, motivated by meaningful work, aligned with our core values, positive, adaptable, and strategic.
