About the role

As the General Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales operations at blinkr Essendon Fields. You'll lead, coach, and mentor our team while implementing sales strategies that deliver on volume, profit, and customer experience targets.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to achieve KPIs
* Managing day-to-day sales operations and enquiry flow
* Driving sales strategy, forecasting, and stock planning
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and consistent sales processes
* Analysing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities
* Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

Ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and industry standards

About You

You're a confident, strategic sales leader with a proven track record in automotive sales management. You thrive in a dynamic environment and know how to build a customer-centric, high-performance culture.

You will bring:

* Demonstrated success in an automotive sales leadership role
* Strong coaching and team-development skills
* Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and act on data
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
