**The Role: Electrical & Systems Production Supervisor**
The role is to support the Electrical & Systems Production Manager in all aspects of electrical / systems installation in various vessel models throughout the production process.
Electrical and Engineering experience in the boat building industry is essential.
This is a long term position with growth potential in the future.
**Responsibilities**:
Oversight of AC / DC, navigation, digital switching, data, propulsion and entertainment system installations.
Implementing changes, upgrades or modifications to existing systems.
Fault finding & troubleshooting Electrical/Electronic Systems.
Inline Quality control - Identification of non compliance and oversight of staff involved with testing and verification.
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- You will have a trade qualification
- You will have strongly developed communication skills (verbal, written)
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and foster cooperation
- You will be able to demonstrate a broad experience of marine electrical and engineering systems
- Very High attention to detail
- Experience in fault finding & troubleshooting
- This role suits an energetic person who can work autonomously.
