- Lead a dynamic team and ensure every Santa visit is smooth, fun, and festive.
- Make sure every experience is enjoyable for both guests and colleagues.
- Solve problems efficiently and keep things running like clockwork.
- Bring energy, empathy, and leadership to every shift.
- Be cool under pressure, great with people, and full of Christmas cheer.
- Have effective communication and problem-solving skills, customer service experience, and be available from November to Christmas Eve.
