Overview
At Andrew Jenkins Real Estate we have a outstanding full time or part time chance for a friendly, outgoing individual who is looking to kickstart or further their career in Real Estate.
We are looking for someone with exceptional presentation skills and a genuine interest in real estate to join our team.
Ideally you will be enthusiastic and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Experience working in property management or real estate is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
Conducting inspections and completing property condition reports
Assisting with general office administration and documentation
Attending to maintenance requests and work orders
Attending to lease renewals, arrears control and other rental documents
Liaising with owners and tenants, returning calls and documenting any issues
Performing ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and/or Certificate of Registration in Victoria and/or NSW (or the willingness to obtain)
Driver’s licence
Team attitude with an ability to work unsupervised
The position can be full-time or part-time.
