The Role:
As Night Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, responding to incidents, handling emergencies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building. With a calm and adaptable approach, you’ll manage everything from security checks to admin tasks, while providing reassurance and assistance to residents when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor building safety through regular checks and respond to any issues or emergencies overnight.Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies.Support residents as a friendly, approachable point of contact for welfare and assistance.Complete admin tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing.Respond to resident needs like noise complaints, disturbances, and lockouts.
Skills & Experience Required:
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
Working with Children's Check (VIC)Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilitiesPrevious experience in accommodation, hospitality, or securityExperience with managing overnight responsibilities + autonomous work
