We are seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Property Manager to lead operations at Gold Coast's newest hotel - Quest Southport. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving business performance, maximising profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with the Quest Way.
Working closely with the Business Owner, you will oversee all aspects of the business including financial performance, sales growth, team leadership, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering results.

About the role
As our Property Manager, you will:
* Lead all aspects of business operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Sales
* Develop and execute business and financial plans to drive growth and profitability
* Ensure full compliance with franchise standards, legal requirements and operational policies
* Drive revenue through proactive sales strategies and local business development
* Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and cost control
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including landlords, corporate office, suppliers and local businesses
* Oversee staffing, recruitment, training and performance management
* Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service in line with the Quest Way
* Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, ADR and yield
* Represent the business within the local community and at networking events
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in a senior hospitality, accommodation or operations management role
* Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
* Demonstrated success in driving sales, revenue growth and business performance
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* High level organisational and time management skills
* Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and business systems
Highly regarded
* Previous experience within the Quest brand
* Tertiary qualifications in business, hospitality, or a related discipline
* Experience within serviced apartments, hotels, or franchise environments
* Experience leading and driving successful teams and performance
Success in this role will include

* Maintaining compliance across all operational and legal requirements
