About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional administration officer to join the Infant, Child, Family and Youth Area Mental Health Service team located at our Dandenong Community site. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital public health service by delivering high‐quality administrative support to the Access and Intake, Assessment, Consultation and Brief Treatment (iACT) Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff & other stakeholders.
* Support the service's information management functions, including accurate data entry and health information management.
* Assist with operational and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day‐to‐day functioning of the service.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of two years' experience in a reception/administrative role (experience in a mental health or healthcare setting desirable).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in using administrative systems and databases.
* Willingness and ability to travel across Monash Health sites as required.
