**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a motivated volunteer to assist us with digitising historical documents, images, and records.
• Upload and organise archival materials
• Maintain website content updates (events, history, club information, etc.)
• Assist with basic web housekeeping such as formatting, layout edits, and image optimisation
• Ensure the website remains user-friendly, mobile responsive, and up to date
• Help improve or build pages showcasing our club history and community impact
• Maintain secure and well-organised digital archives
• This is an ideal role for someone who is comfortable working independently with occasional check-ins and has basic computer skills.
• Experience with website management (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace), photo or file organisation (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox), basic digital troubleshooting, scanning and digitisation of documents/photos, simple image editing, and content writing or proofreading would be beneficial but not required.

• **Commitment:** Regular - more than 6 months
