We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support – Finance Systems professional to contribute to the successful delivery of finance system projects and strategic initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing financial systems, managing projects, and coordinating key transition activities while working with diverse stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs, uplift capability, and improve system performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and contribute to finance system projects of medium to high complexity, including monitoring timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Research, analyse, and resolve issues related to finance systems, and support the development and implementation of system improvements.
* Prepare detailed project plans, test plans, and lead system testing activities to ensure successful delivery of system changes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective collaboration, consultation, and implementation.
* Prepare clear reports, briefings, and project updates, while supporting project teams using established project management methodologies.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated experience working within a finance or corporate systems delivery environment in a large and complex organisation.
* Strong project management capability, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within set timeframes.
* Ability to set work objectives, take accountability, and lead by example to drive positive system outcomes.
* Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and research skills with the ability to provide practical solutions to complex system challenges.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
