Duties & responsibilities:
* Assist with installing and commissioning filling and packaging equipment at customer sites
* Troubleshooting, inspecting and identifying equipment issues
* Performing preventive maintenance
* Providing technical support for part sales, service and maintenance work for internal staff and customers
* Communicating and updating appropriate customer operations on maintenance activities and other technical issues to maintain good relationship with customers
Skills & experience:
* A current Australian electrical licence
* A minimum of two years of experience in the food & beverage industry (preferred)
* A willingness to travel extensively in Australia and overseas
* Prior experience working in multinational teams (preferred)
* Proficiency in English
