Recruitment Consultant - IT, Tech, Digital & Design- State and Federal Government - Melbourne
I'm urgently looking for an experienced HCM Systems Specialist to join a complex, Government environment on a 6-month contract. This is a hands on role supporting and enhancing a large scale HR/Payroll landscape using SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors .
You’ll work closely with vendors, and cross functional teams and act as a functional SME across multiple modules – including Payroll, LMS, and Performance & Goals.
What I'm Looking For:
* Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Payroll and SuccessFactors
* SuccessFactors implementation + certification (any module)
* Background in large, integrated HCM environments (Finance, Time Mgmt, etc.)
* Skilled in creating and maintaining application support docs
* IT Degree or related qualification
Nice to Have:
* Testing experience in SAP S/4 + SuccessFactors
* Experience with Employee Central Payroll, CATS, and Time Off integration
* SAP GRC skills in HCM role config/testing
* ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
